To operate PHELTIX, we may use third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) that process limited personal data on our behalf. This page provides a transparency overview for customers and enterprise deployments.

Supabase
Purpose: Authentication and database (customer configuration, punches, reporting)
Used for core backend services. Hosting location can vary based on project configuration.
Cloud hosting / infrastructure
Purpose: Hosting and delivery of the web dashboard and related services
Specific provider depends on deployment (e.g., managed hosting platforms or cloud providers).
Apple / Google (mobile OS services)
Purpose: Mobile operating system services and device permissions
For example: push notification delivery and OS-level location/camera permission flows.
Expo (development/build tooling)
Purpose: Build and delivery tooling for the mobile application
Used in development and release workflows. Exact usage may vary by deployment stage.
