Purpose: Secure hosting, data storage, authentication, backend operations, and service availability for customer configuration, employees, punches, and reporting.
Specific vendor, region, and configuration may vary by customer deployment and can be provided under the applicable DPA, order form, or security review.
Web hosting and delivery provider
Purpose: Delivery of the public website, customer dashboard, server routes, and related operational pages.
Used to operate customer-facing web services. Deployment details may vary by environment.
Transactional email provider
Purpose: Service emails, invitation emails, support messages, contact-form delivery, and other operational communications where enabled.
Used only for business and service-related communication workflows.
Mobile platform and distribution providers
Purpose: Mobile operating-system services, application distribution, permissions, updates, and notification infrastructure where enabled.
Used by the mobile app environment and app-store delivery process.
Optional intelligence provider
Purpose: Optional decision-support and readiness review features, only where configured for a customer deployment.
Reviews should use minimized operational metrics. Selfie images are not intended to be sent for readiness reviews.
Support and security tooling providers
Purpose: Operational support, diagnostics, monitoring, incident review, and security administration where needed.
Access is limited to what is needed to operate, support, and secure the service.
Changes to subprocessors
PHELTIX may update this list as the platform evolves. Enterprise customers can request customer-specific subprocessor terms and notice commitments in their DPA or order form.
