  • Organization name and location/site name.
  • Your role: owner, admin, manager, or employee.
  • The user email or employee number involved, if relevant.
  • Screenshots, timestamps, and device model for mobile punch issues.
  • Whether the issue affects one user, one site, or the whole organization.
