You must be authorized by your organization to use PHELTIX (as an employee user or an admin). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

PHELTIX provides workforce attendance and site access validation using technologies such as GPS geofences, iBeacon (BLE) proximity checks, device binding, and optional selfie verification, along with an admin dashboard for reporting and exports.

During the PHELTIX Early Access Program or beta phases, certain features may be experimental, may change, or may be limited. We will still take reasonable steps to operate the Services securely and reliably, but you acknowledge that Early Access deployments may have reduced guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• Provide accurate configuration data (e.g., geofences, beacon identifiers, employee assignments).
• Provide employees/users with required notices and obtain consents where required by applicable law (including for location/camera permissions).
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Fees (if any) are defined in the applicable order form, subscription plan, or written agreement. Early Access may be free or discounted as agreed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Services. Where we act as a processor on behalf of an organization, we process personal data on that organization’s instructions.

PHELTIX and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, content, designs, and trademarks. You receive only the limited rights necessary to access and use the Services under these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHELTIX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHELTIX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, PHELTIX’s total liability will be limited as set out in the applicable written agreement or, if none, to the amount paid for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, a violation of these Terms, or unlawful use. Customer administrators may also remove user access.

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable therein.
